Description of task

The repo https://github.com/Modularius/data-pipeline-simulator needs to be updated to take advantage of the new version of the trace and event list simulator, along with all documentation.

Once updated, it should be merged into the https://github.com/STFC-ICD-Research-and-Design/supermusr-data-pipeline-extra repo.
