Contracts : add a payoff to contracts #18

Could be items, coins, allies ...

I see two ways of doing this:

the type and amount of payoff could be in the contract object, maybe a map of payoff if we want multiple different rewards
a payoff function could be in the contract object, allowing us to do pretty much whatever we want, and would be called on success.
