Save and Load Project

I find the file system un-intuitive. Can I save projects to my account, or are they all shared by anyone using the platform? How do I load/save a project? Could there be clear instructions about this on the main page?

The story depends on how the system is configured. There are some common aspects though

• All code can be read by anyone
• If the public checkbox is on (default), all code can be found by anyone. If off, the code is there
  for everyone, but using a generated random name it is hard to find.
• If you are logged on you can control who can edit the code (only you, any non-anonymous user
  or anyone).

Save is just the File/Save menu. Load is the File/Recent or create an empty tab, search and open or, remember the URL to the document and just go there.
