App-side Timer and Alarm Granularity

When setting a Timer or an Alarm using the app interface, the granularity of such is merely to the designated minute. In the supported android API levels, selecting seconds is not an available feature. I could however implement,with some work, a Custom Selector which allows for that precision. I feel that developing modules takes precedence and so, this issues remains but an enhancement.
