SEB starting error

Hello
I just can't start SEB and i can't figure out how to solve this problem. I already reinstalled the application and i don't know what the problem is. Maybe someone can help me...
Idk if the runtime log would help you to solve this problem but here it is:

It appears that the client application component crashes. Could you please also provide the client log file(s)? Furthermore, if there are any entries regarding SEB in the Windows event log, then it'd be great if you can post them here as well.
