Error : Session Start Failed

Dear All,

can i find help here with the following error:

and my log file:

note, when i use another windows11 user, i face no errors in lunching SEB .. !!
this error just appears only with the current\lab user...!!
i tried to uninstall SEB and install the latest version 3.6.0 and the same error shows up...

What does this file (aero_working.ani') have to do with the error??!

hope to find some help to fix this issue.

Terribly sorry, I just realized that we fixed a bug with respect to the cursor validation. Could you please install the latest beta build for version 3.7.0 and check whether that fixes your issue?
