Configuration Resource is not Supported

Hi all, I'm a teacher trying to use SEB with students at my school - however for a large number of students we are getting this error.

The configuration resource "file:///C:/ProgramData/SafeExamBrowser/SebClientSettings.seb" is not supported.

This is from a fresh install of SEB and simply trying to open the program.

Log file from one of the students is below. If anyone can help me resolve this it would be greatly appreciated.

As the log reveals, the configuration file seems to be corrupted / manipulated:

If the configuration file is not provided by you or required to be there, then you should be able to simply delete the file and thus resolve the issue.
