safe Exam browser an unexpected error appears

Hello, i need help right now,

When I open the Save Exam browser application, an unexpected error notification always appears and I cannot open the application. I have installed Microsoft webview, Microsoft visual c+, and Microsoft net but it still won't open. I ask someone to help me with my problem because today there will be an exam that I have to take. Help Me Please!!

This most definitely is an individual issue on resp. with your system (configuration), and you may find hints in the event viewer system application with respect as to why the inter-process communication cannot be started. You may also need to ensure that the .NET Framework and particularly WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) are installed and working correctly.
