Safe Exam Browser starts very slowly #1074

On a student's notebook, SEB is starting very slowly. After klicking the SEB-File, SEB starts only after a waiting time of more than 1:30 minutes. Tried to re-install SEB and deactivated Norton Security. Also added Safe Exam Browser in the program rules section of Norton Security. Nothing helped and no error message appears.

Version Information

  • OS: Windows 11 24H2
  • SEB-Version Build 3.8.0.742

What can I check yet? Thank you in advance.

I also found this problem. I need to wait for a long time before it can run.
