Since the user's response is NOT a submission but will only be saved into a table, if the table is accidentally deleted, all responses will be lost.

Considering to add a workflow to backup data (maybe saved as .rds just for backup and upload to staging).

Alliteratively, considering to submit as Submission, so that the data is not easily lost unless the evaluation queue is deleted.
