We use Ensemble IDs and are converting to Entrez ID. What version of the dictonary was used?
Any recommendation how to to convert?
In the centroid dataset there are some rows with several Entrez IDs separated by //.
Is this the aggregation from transcript to gene level?
Since Entrez ID to Ensemble ID is not a one to one match we also might get 2 Entrez IDs.
It would be great if you could help / comment on my questions.
Thanks
Josef
