• Reorganize folders
• Update wikis for portal
• Generate metadata
• Update portal studies table to remove the three sub-studies and replace with MCADGS.
• Update study annotation to "MCADGS"

NOTE: This is a very basic list of things that needs done. Ideally, the annotations would be checked, as well. However, this study is lower priority.

Updated the folder structure and have the wikis in place. Will need to update the wikis to remove covariate information after metadata is surfaced.

@amapeters, This could be surfaced with just the four things in the original issue. The wiki's have been started and would benefit from a review. If you would like links to the specific wikis we would use, I can provide those.
