Investigate upgrading "oj" dependency #105

Starting with 3.13.x, the oj gem added a new parser and a different caching strategy. This causes specs on this project to fail.

This issue tracks:

Investigating whether the failures are only spec-related or could also affect users of the gem.
Address those issues and unpin the dependency.
