I'd like to see:

  1. The cacheDir option get resolved relative to where the .streamline.json file is, not whatever the current directory happens to be. That gets you consistency and predictability.
  2. Parent directories get traversed when looking for the .streamline.json file. This way, I can have one file at the root of my project, and it'd get used no matter which sub-directory I cd into.
