[Admin Console] Access to users, who can track the progress and quality of all users in the clusters #21

  1. View Samiksha Users
  1. Login to Admin Console
  2. Go to the side bar
    3.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Saksham Samiksha""
    4.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Samiksha Users""
  3. Under ""Samiksha Users"" there are 3 user types:(1) School (2) Teacher (3) Mentor
  4. The section will show a table with the following columns:
    (1) Full name, (2) Username, (3) Designation, (4) District, (5) Block, (6) Cluster, (7) Email ID, (8) Phone Number, (9)Status, (10) Reason for Inactive, (11) Last Date of App Usage
  1. Edit Samiksha user details
  1. Login to Admin Console
  2. Go to the side bar
    3.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Saksham Samiksha""
    4.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Samiksha Users""
  3. Under ""Samiksha Users"" there are 3 user types:(1) School (2) Teacher (3) Mentor
  4. The section will show a table with the following columns: (1) Full name, (2) Username, (3) Designation, (4) District, (5) Block, (6) Cluster, (7) Email ID, (8) Phone Number, (9) Status, (10) Reason for Inactive, (11) Last Date of App Usage
  5. To edit the details of a user, click on the row with the user details
    8.The details of the user will show the following:
    (1) Full name, (2) Username, (3) Designation, (4) District, (5) Block, (6) Cluster (ONLY active if designation = ABRC), (7) Email ID, (8) Phone Number
  6. The admin user will click on ""Save"" to update the details
    10.The page will go back to the complete list of mentors
  1. Enable or disable the account of a user
  1. Login to Admin Console
  2. Go to the side bar
    3.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Saksham Samiksha""
    4.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Samiksha Users""
  3. Under ""Samiksha Users"" there are 3 user types:(1) School (2) Teacher (3) Mentor
  4. The section will show a table with the following columns: (1) Full name, (2) Username, (3) Designation, (4) District, (5) Block, (6) Cluster, (7) Email ID, (8) Phone Number, (9) Status, (10) Reason for Inactive, (11) Last Date of App Usage
    7.Under the details section the is a switch button labelled ""Active""
  5. The button is switch to on when the user is an active mentor
  6. The switch is turned off manually for inactive users
    10.Once the switch is turned off for inactive users, a new list will open for ""Reason for Inactive""
  7. An optional field for “other comment” will also appear
  8. The admin user will select one of the options listed: (1) Maternity Leave (2) Long Leave (3) Deputed Elsewhere (4) Vacant
    This is a mandatory field
  9. If option of vacant is selected, a notification will popup to confirm that the position is vacant. Once confirmed, the following fields will become empty
    (1) Full Name (2) Email ID (3) Mobile number
  10. The admin user will click on ""Save"" to update the details
  11. The page will go back to the complete list of mentors
  1. Filter Samiksha Users
  1. Login to Admin Console
  2. Go to the side bar
    3.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Saksham Samiksha""
    4.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Samiksha Users""
  3. Under ""Samiksha Users"" there are 3 user types:(1) School (2) Teacher (3) Mentor
  4. The section will show a table with the following columns: (1) Full name, (2) Username, (3) Designation, (4) District, (5) Block, (6) Cluster, (7) Email ID, (8) Phone Number, (9) Status, (10) Reason for Inactive, (11) Last Date of App Usage
  5. Admin user can click on the ""Filter"" button next to the ""Create"" option
    8.Admin user selects the parameters to filter the data by double clicking
    Multiple levels of filters can be used : (1) District [predefined list] - select multiple, (2) Block [predefined list] - select multiple, (3) Cluster[predefined list] - select multiple, (4) Designation [predefined list] - select multiple,
    (5) Status [predefined list - Active/ Inactive] - select multiple, (6) Reason for Inactive [predefined list - Active/ Inactive] - select multiple, (7) Last Application use date [date range]
  1. Exporting Data from Admin Consol
  1. Login to Admin Console
  2. Go to the side bar
    3.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Saksham Samiksha""
    4.Click on the arrow to open the list under ""Samiksha Users""
  3. Under ""Samiksha Users"" there are 3 user types:(1) School (2) Teacher (3) Mentor
  4. The section will show a table with the following columns: (1) Full name, (2) Username, (3) Designation, (4) District, (5) Block, (6) Cluster, (7) Email ID, (8) Phone Number, (9) Status, (10) Reason for Inactive, (11) Last Date of App Usage
  5. Admin user clicks on the ""Export"" button to and the all mentor details are downloaded in a CSV file
    8.The page will go back to the filtered list of mentors
    9.Admin user clicks on the ""Filter"" button
  6. Admin user selects the parameters to filter the data by double clicking
