login with CMD problem

Current Behavior

when i try to login with cmd it still loading with giving a message "to complete the login process, you will be redirected to your browser to signin with your Salla Partners account." and the browser didn't open

Expected Behavior

i try to logout and login, and reinstall salla but still the same
