When we launch the admission system, we don't want to launch the rest of Samfundet4. Therefore we need a way to disable everything but the admission system, and the things it requires. We only want to allow the following:

• Admission system pages
• Registering and logging in
• For authorized users: Admission admin panel

Attempting to do anything else should either redirect or display an error page.
