Overview of what's needed to manage roles and permissions. WIP

From users page, clicking on a user should show a "User page", which amongst other things should contain their roles
Roles page. List of all roles. Ability to add and delete roles.
- Clicking on a role should amongst other things show us what users have this specific role
- Ability to assign this role to a user
