add new RecruitmentPositionOverviewPage for all positions in a recrutiment

ISFiT and UKA need a page like this: (for administarting ALL applications/applicants in a recruitment)

Why

(not the exact same page, but very similar)
ISFiT and UKA deal with seting applicant status (after calling) on a higher org. level than us. Therefor they must have the ability set applicant status, on a page which show all applicants.

They want:

• ability to filter positions on gang in this page (different from RecruitmentPositionOverviewPage)
• ability to filter position after having filtered gang (RecruitmentPositionOverviewPage)
• ability to set status here
• ability to see applicant priority and recruiter priority (not edit the last one, so different from RecruitmentPositionOverviewPage )
• ability to set interview
• ability to navigate to applicants application
• ability to see conflicts / make sure that no applicant is given more than one position (might just use the "applicant state" logic we are using allready)

❗ when interviews are set here we need to think about the fact that there will be shared interviews for groups of positions. So find a good solution for this.
Possible solutions:

• make it possible to filter applicants on multiple solutions, so that the admin can see all applicants which have applied for the exact same "group" of positions

❗ ❗ There should be one applicant per row, but multiple applicantions. All applications submited by every one applicant will have one shared interview.

⭐ This new page is where we will put the "generate interviews" button (as this will be done for the entire recruitment in ISFiT and UKAs case)
