Save and Pull Docker images from registery

Currently, we are running all the docker satellite client images on RHEVM VM without actually saving them on either that system or in an external source. If somehow we lose the RHEVM VM, all the docker images need to be created from scratch.

To avoid this issue, we are deciding to 'docker push' these images to some registry, those registries can be:

1. It can be created on some servers sat qe using.
2. registery.redhat.com
3. Identify if there is already a registry that can be used.
