Maybe we could provide some doc about memory issues with node.

When:
FATAL ERROR: Ineffective mark-compacts near heap limit Allocation failed - JavaScript heap out of memory

Then:
set NODE_OPTIONS with --max-old-space-size=<memory size in MiB>

or buildpack option BUILD_MAX_MEMORY ?
