Newlines skipped when tagging someone

Hi there 🙂

1. Tag someone by manually adding their nick like that:

@Nickname

2. Write a paragraph, involving newlines.

3. Observe the thing being rendered without newlines.

I double checked this with Element Web, the issue does not happen there.

I am using Android 14.

Got very quick help in the chat.

I dont know why my Markdown rendering was disabled in the settings, but enabling that fixed this.
