Use another sound for calls

Listen to the sound when you call someone, WHEN SOMEONE CALL YOU, when you end your call or when the call was declined:

Even more than the Element's new message "noisy" sound.

So, we have added SchildiChat/matrix-react-sdk#12 and SchildiChat/SchildiChat-android#131 before, so I guess we could add more to the selection if there are some good ones with suitable license, at least for desktop where we already have a selection menu. Do you have an issue with sounds on Android as well? Personally, the sounds haven't really bothered me in the rare occasions I did calls.

It seems that the Android version will use the system ringtone, both Element and SchildiChat; if no ringtone is set both app will not ring when you are called. Android seems not have any sound for call and message.
Tested on Wiko View Max P200CM, Android 8.1.0
