fix gradio tables in xray #66

requrements should use version >=5 or something
adapt the our code to new api
fix sorting table (I think you need to access new data in the event data structure)
fix table growing and shrinking as we scroll (this is a bug on their side, but a workaround is to fix table min max table size in as a CSS string, I'll try to find the github gradio issue that was talking about that)
