Hi,I try to use about 200 signature to fit by sig_fit, I get the mistake massage "Caused by error in quadprog::solve.QP(): ! matrix D in quadratic function is not positive definite! ". my signature is more than 96,I think it's a special value.

The count of signatures from cosmic is 86, so this question won't be addressed. But if signatures are more than 96, the method named QP only uses 96 rows to construct a matrix, that's the reason for this issue. This is my opinion.
