Electrical pins should use PinRecM and Path

Step 5 of the wiki page entitled "Component and PCell Layout" (https://github.com/SiEPIC/SiEPIC-Tools/wiki/Component-and-PCell-Layout) says the electrical pins should be made from PinRec layer and Box object, but the correct implementation is PinRecM and Path object, per a change made by RIT.
