Display the current block height when showing details for transactions, contracts, addresses, etc. #611

On siascan.com, you don't see the current block height when you are exploring a hash, like a contract ID. However, that would be helpful to compare with the contract formation and expiration heights.

Are you able to see the current hight by hovering the little gray dot? I agree we could make it more prominent and also display the current block number somewhere else more obvious/bigger.

I mean, yes, I can hover over the little gray dot and see the height, but it would be much more helpful to have the current height displayed in the page header.
