Apparently the moderation team hasn't heard anything from the dev team. Just want to see if you all were aware of it. Many pro members are upset of the lack of communication.

Bot Outage
We are aware of the outage affecting custom bots.

All of our custom bots are down and affected by unknown issues, we are investigating it right now and we will try to restart the whole server. But this may not be helpful as we are not developers. We will keep contacting our developers and please be patient during the downtime.
