Headless UI approach?

Some partners have expressed interest in using a HeadlessUI approach. We plan on having discussions with them on what library they prefer and why. This is an open discussion with the larger community where people can give their two cents on the topic. Currently, we are using Chakra UI, and we feel this will provide adequate flexibility in the application design; however, we are doing some research on headless ui libraries and compatible design systems.
