when i command make install it gives this error. i'm new on linux and i don't now what to do. i'll be very happy if someone helps me.

You need to install the "build-essentials" package on Ubuntu in order to build anything C or C++.

BTW it might be better to check clones of this project because I no longer have the laptop or ubuntu environment to maintain it.

Please consider stating in the README that the project is unmantained.

Maybe also link to some forks which have more activity (like: https://github.com/davidrohr/clevo-indicator, which added support for hwmon interface)
