Support messaging sending error and retry #84

Behaviour:

After sending a message (text, images, files, voices), show the bubble in Conversation View immediately, with a pending state.
After it is sent, show it is sent
If it failed, show a UI for the user to click and retry.

This issue should depends on the API changes in SkygearIO/features#64.
