Well I tried to download it from both the Firefox and Chrome web store from the links in the README file, but it looks like the page isn't there anymore. You can download the source of this (by clicking the green "Code" button and "Download ZIP") and install it manually.

I don't know how you do this on Chrome, but on Firefox, one way to do it is go to "about:debugging#addons" (in your address bar), clicking "Load Temporary Add-on", and find the path to the manifest.json file.

Then just use the extension and it should work!

On basically any chromium based browsers like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome you can go to chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode and Load unpacked the rosearch-chrome folder

  1. Install the github repository source code by clicking "download zip" the main page for the repository
  2. Unpack the zip file somewhere that you will remember (maybe your /Downloads)

Chrome:

  1. Navigate to chrome://extensions/
  2. Click "Load unpacked" in the top left
  3. Navigate to where you stored RoSearcher-master and open it when select rosearch-chrome and click "Open"
  4. Plugin now successfully installed.
