I've rewritten the Adblock-Iran and created a new efficient and extensive list: PersianBlocker.

Today the PersianBlocker list has been added to uBlock Origin's regional list.
I'm planning on bringing new sites/filters from Adblock Farsi (this repo) into the PersianBlocker list to increase it's coverage and usefulness.

Please add the PersianBlocker list to this repo's readme if you see fit so that users submit their issues/pull requests there.
