exp_params.txt does not exist #9

Hi,

I wes testing the software with example files:

configuration: example_sqc_67_95_varied.yaml
input: SQC_67_95_Varied/evidence.txt

Erros arise as: dart_id.exceptions.ConfigFileError: Params file /Users/chena/dart_id/sqc_varied_test\exp_params.txt does not exist

How to generate an exp_params.txt file together with other parameter file?

Hi,

Sorry for this. I must've accidentally pushed one of my local configuration files. The most recent one on the master branch (https://github.com/SlavovLab/DART-ID/blob/master/config_files/example_sqc_67_95_varied.yaml) has the paths fixed. Note that the input path will have to be changed based on where you put the example input file
