PageBuilder - Select Products by Condition Issue

Magento Version : 2.4.7-p3
ElasticSuite Version : ver. 2.11.10
Environment : Production
Third party modules :
MageWorx Shipping Suite 2.11.23

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new page and edit with PageBuilder
2. Add Content > Products block
3. In Appearance > Product Grid, Select Products by "Condition"
4. Condition = "If ALL of these conditions are TRUE > Category is not one of ____", with Sort By = "SKU: ascending", and Number of Products to Display = "10"

Expected result

1. All other categories not selected should show on the page

Actual result

1. Instead it's only showing the products in the category trying to exclude.
