Unit tests for Part 11 Step 07 need to broken down to one error per test and the test need to be update to cover all lines of code. Verification to the latest version of the spec (issued 6/24/2021) is also included here.

Be sure to address the adjustment in intervals between log updates from 60 seconds down to every 20 seconds.
