General server website, with subpage for resource pack, discord server, stixil's twitch/sites/stuff, and an overall status widget,

+1 to the idea of a server website tbh.

IMO in addition to public info e.g.

• here's our server info / some marketing about it
• here's why we're awesome
• here's how you can donate
• also here's what you get for donating

We could also take advantage of the website as a centralized location w/ internal stuff for e.g. onboarding content for developers/etc, a central hub for forms (assuming we use a CMS with form support) instead of "30 teams, 30 random google docs", etc.

The exact scope for the web project would definitely need discussed more but there's some big internal and external gains we could make by having a broader web presence.
