When I ran the script for the first time it gave me an error: openai.error.RateLimitError: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error, read the docs: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/error-codes/api-errors. Even when I create a new API key the error persists. Do you know what's the problem?
