What steps did you take and what happened:
csctl creates a temporary directory that is not deleted afterwards. This leads to unexpected behavior, because the same directory is used also for other cluster stacks that are completely unrelated to each other and then get mingled up.
What did you expect to happen:
We should delete the temporary directory after every run
