The results of the last session can be found at https://github.com/SovereignCloudStack/open-operations-manifesto that in turn is rendered at https://openoperations.org/. Thank you @horazont and @fkr for joining the session! We will continue working on the current draft and let you know about upcoming meetings or sessions. |

Community,
we have developed a clear perception of digital sovereignty, which some of us presented at various events. The highest level introduces the concept of Open Operations that encourages to freely share operational knowledge just as it has been happening with code for more than 40 years. You can read more about this topic in an article that @garloff, @fkr and @itrich released earlier this year: https://the-report.cloud/why-digital-sovereignty-is-more-than-mere-legal-compliance
Let us continue on promoting this concept among the industry and write down further ideas on this concept. We once agreed on having something like an Open Operations Manifesto which companies, organizations and individuals can agree on.
