Ground rules for collaborative working

Here, we can collect and discuss some basic rules for collaborative working in a shared GitHub repository.

My initial suggestions:

• Asking whether you can edit a certain file
• Inform other team members about changes you have done to a file or if you are currently working on a file
• Only work on your dev branch and pull the latest commit of the main branch into your branch before you start working
