@TravisEz13 can you link to a PR showing an example where this isn't working?

This should be fixed via #40

There's still an issue where current PR doesn't have failures, but using the REST API AzDevOps returns old failures. I'll have to see if there is something I can compare against (like the commit id?) to determine if the test results are applicable to that commit.
