[Feature Request]: Team define default settings for Retrospective creation

Description

Currently teams have to choose their settings for each retro they create, often they will use the same settings for every retro such as the max votes per group. It would be great if teams could define their default settings so they can create the retros faster with the same baseline settings.

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow teams to define default retro settings including (and possibly the leader/join codes):

• Max Group Votes (per User)
• Allow Cumulative Voting (more than 1 vote per item group)
• Brainstorm Phase Feedback Visibility
• Brainstorm Phase time limit in minutes
• Automatically advance phases
