I downloaded MINIX from https://wiki.minix3.org/doku.php?id=www:download:start
Followed the instructions for booting from USB, and got where I am in the screenshot. After that, MINIX just kinda sits there and doesn't boot.

Hello,

Do you want to run Minix on bare metal?

Firstly, you should try booting with second option.

Secondly, it looks like you want to use your NVME drive for Minix. I doubt that Minix supports NVME drives. Please use hard drive connected via SATA.
