Porting the dec21140A driver to Windows

It would be nice if someone could port it to Windows (for Server 2003 and up).

Hello, This issue tracker is for issues with MINIX itself, not Windows. Please find another place to request drivers for Winfows.

There is no other place that has such a driver.

Then go to Windows support and ask them to implement the driver and point them to this driver. Again, we deal with MINIX here.
