Investigate: potential issue when you revisit an existing session that it duplicates it and adds a new session ID?

Had one user report that when they visit the /interviews page (with our custom interview list) and make a change, and then go back to edit the same session and make another change, it ends up adding extra entries to the My interviews list.

I haven't reproduced this yet.

It may interact with the Copy as Answer Set feature, which this user frequently does after finding a session on this page.
