[Feature] Enable/Disable Arrive Sound #216

Feature request for enabling or disabling the arrive sound (ding).

I was thinking of a checkbox on the elevator controller gui.

This could work either by enabling or disabling the sound for the whole elevator controller group or they could be toggled individually.
