Sample Markup or Rules for Recipe builds?

Underneath the recipe creation page maybe it would be nice or helpful to have a copy paste of the degree sign or some other stuff that's common in recipes but uncommon in writing.

Additionally, maybe offering the Markdown styling guide would be nice, if we end up supporting Markdown (like they do here on the boards).
