How can one drag a yaml file into the interface to input the prompt and parameters?

This very useful feature had been requested and the request post has been closed by hlky who said that that this feature had been implemented 11 days ago. But I can't find where to drop the file in the interface. I've tried drag and drop a yaml file (and png filles too) into the prompt field, the images window, the generation parameters window, and pretty much everywhere else but doing so merely opens the yaml text file into a new browser tab (Chrome).
