When trying to create a collection and upload my design to Synbiohub.org I get an error

Steps:

1. Created a design
2. Clicked upload
3. Clicked on synbiohub.org server
4. Clicked on create collection
5. Filled all sections with "test1" except for citations.

I get the following error when clicking on "create":
org.synbiohub.frontend.SynBioHubException: 400 ["Citations must be comma separated Pubmed IDs"]

If I go back and put a 1 or anything there, the error doesn't appear
